Are You Freakin Kidding Me?

Watching the news tonight and the top story was that it may possible that a non confidence vote may be in the works for the current government. Excuse me? Are you idiots in Ottawa trying to tell me another election may be lurking around the corner? Why the hell didn't you morons (yeah you Liberals, NDP and even Green party) just form a coalition in October to get rid of this stupid Conservative gov't. Now I'm not saying I want that twit Harper in at all, far from it, but honestly how much money needs to be wasted on these more and more frequent elections before we have a stable, working government? A bunch of retarded monkeys could do better than these politicians! Our country and the citizens of it are the ones that suffer, we are making ourselves look weak as a country. Not good with all the terrorism and financial upheaval going on. We need an Obama up here to get rid of all these other morons, I would vote for someone like that no matter what party they were with!

And furthermore....

As an addition to my last post here is a very well thought out list of why people should stop sticking their noses into other people's love and married lives:

1. Homosexuality is not natural, much like eyeglasses, polyester, and birth control are not natural.
2. Heterosexual marriages are valid because they produce children. Infertile couples and old people cannot get legally married because the world needs more children.
3. Obviously gay parents will raise gay children because straight parents only raise straight children.
4. Straight marriage will be less meaningful, since Britney Spears’s 55-hour just-for-fun marriage was meaningful.
5. Heterosexual marriage has been around for a long time, and it hasn’t changed at all: women are property, Blacks can’t marry Whites, and divorce is illegal.
6. Gay marriage should be decided by the people, not the courts, because the majority-elected legislatures, not courts, have historically protected the rights of minorities.
7. Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are always imposed on the entire country. That’s why we only have one religion in America.
8. Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people makes you tall.
9. Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage license.
10. Children can never succeed without both male and female role models at home. That’s why single parents are forbidden to raise children.
11. Gay marriage will change the foundation of society. Heterosexual marriage has been around for a long time, and we could never adapt to new social norms because we haven’t adapted to cars or longer lifespans.
12. Civil unions, providing most of the same benefits as marriage with a different name are better, because a “separate but equal” institution is always constitutional. Separate schools for African-Americans worked just as well as separate marriages will for gays & lesbians.

Seriously folks, time to step out of your traditional thoughts on marriage. It's called evolving as humans. Start worrying about the bigger things like, oh I don't know, maybe whether we'll even have a planet to inhabit in a generation if we don't change our Earth killing ways. Just saying.

Proposition Hate (Oops 8)

I am so incredibly disappointed in humanity right now that I have to post this. I am not gay but I will defend to my death your right to be, to love who you choose. In this day and age where people are gunning each other down in the streets, spousal and child abuse, bullying at school and over the internet why is it so bad that 2 people would love each other enough to want to spend their lives together? I have no hatred for those of you who choose to be a part of organized religion (I don't use the word Christian here as my personal belief is that Christ taught tolerance of ALL things/people). I do believe in one God. If you feel that homosexuals are breaking the laws of God that's fine, you are entitled to your opinion, but honestly are they hurting you in any way, shape or form by being married? NO! If God is angry, well, let him deal with it in the after life. Me, I think he'd rather see 2 people love each other unconditionally than for people to spread hate around like candy. Besides which, when did it become policy to combine church and state (aren't these supposed to be two seperate entities)? Are the gov't officials that pass laws in California being paid by extremist religious groups? Get a backbone Arnold! Don't pass a law stating that gay marriages are ok, then change your mind when you see all the hateful extremists out there dropping their support. You are the cruelest of them all and the most cowardly.
This is going to bring some hateful responses I expect. That's just fine, if anyone out there feels the need to attack me as a person I will publish your comments (for all to see your ignorance and hate, have fun looking like a fool). This is my blog, I make NO apologies for my personal beliefs. I feel sad for all the racist, hateful people out there. Never close yourself off from potential friendships because someone is different. Life is full of learning potentials, you never know if 1 person will have a life lesson to teach you. Love to everyone out there in computerland! And a special thanks to Keith Olbermann for this eloquant speech.

History Made!!!!

I am so very happy that I am around to watch this historic event. I'm a little speechless right now but can say that I look forward to see how this man changes things for our neighbors, which will in turn make change here in our country. Way to go President Obama!!

Halloween Fun

Here are a bunch of pics from our funtastic halloween. I took the kids over to their cousin's for trick or treating and then we all slept over. Poor Ryan is a bit sick right now so he crashed out in his stroller about 1/2 hour into our jaunt. Necy got some VERY interesting pics (the black and whites) with her camera. We have no idea where the weird lighting came from in the pic of her and Rosie...spirits, maybe?
Fun was had by all, Rosie really got into it,even Ryan figured out this trick or treating business after a few houses. He even learned some very important words, "Trick or Treat", much to our delight. And the kids were so polite, saying thank you at all the houses we hit. Rosie and Matthew are such good little buds now, which is so cool. I have a ton of cousins that I don't even know so I love that Rosie and Ryan can grow up close to theirs. Oh and we saw the coolest costume on our way back to Necy's...someone had made a giant Ipod costume!
