Lousy Mail Thief

So someone stole some of my mail from the boxes in the front foyer of the apartment building. I know this 'cause on Thursday I checked the mail on the way out and put it back to get later (it was just junk). On Friday I went to go get mail and it was gone. This makes me wonder what else they might have gotten, my sister had sent a package through the mail and I never got a pickup notice (I should probably phone her) and my electricity bill should have been here by now. Well Mr. Mail Thief, you picked the wrong person to try identity theft from, you'll never get a credit card in my name! See what happens if you try, ha ha ha.

Appearantly, according to the news, Saddam is now dead. Hmmmm....not sure if I really believe that.

Something tells me that I'm going to go completely mental this year with Rosie. The terrible twos have hit big time. By the time Meio comes home from work at night all I want to do is go hide in my room.

Issue of National Security?!

So I just watched this story on the news about these guys in Virginia who disguised themselves using nothing but paint and a couple of props like big, fake buck teeth and proceeded to get drivers licences with each new disguise. They got about 6 or 7 different DL's (never changing their identity) and now they are in trouble with the Virginia Motor Vehicle people. Something to do with an issue of national security. Uh, ok, on the news they showed the pics of these guys in disguise and well, frankly they looked rather hilarious. You could totally tell that they couldn't have looked that way naturally. So the question is are the the people who work for VMV just retarded. I think this whole thing is soooo funny, I laughed all the way through the news story.

On a different note, if you ever get the feeling that you have a disfunctional family, just watch Little Miss Sunshine. I don't think it was supposed to be a comedy but it sure as hell made me laugh.

I'm Back!!!!!!

So it's been forever since I blogged. I thought I'd give it another go, as a medium for getting my thoughts out and to keep everyone up on news about us.
First off I guess, tales of Christmas. This year was pretty fun as Rosie now understands about Santa and got more and more excited as the big day grew nearer. The look on her face when she woke up Christmas morning was priceless, she was soooo frickin' elated at all the gifts under the tree. She didn't know where to start, but in my opinion did very well at getting everything open. After an hour it started getting a bit much but she managed to get through everything before she'd eat breakfast. We went to Jasonya's for dinner, where Rosie got to experience her first little kids table (she always eats with Meio and I). She did pretty good at that, especially when the ice cream came out. I hope everyone else had a fabulous Christmas.
So in about 7 weeks Rosie's compitition will be arriving. It should be very interesting. Hopefully everyone adjusts quickly to this major change in the family.
I guess I should end this post as I have a big monkey climbing all over me, demanding my attention. I will post pics as soon as I figure out how.
