What the hell...

I watched the season finale of House last night. At least I hope was only the season finale. The way it ended almost made me think it was the series finale. PLEASE tell me it ain't so. I mean House lost his entire team last night. Is this the end? I thought House was a popular show, I know I liked it. Can anyone tell me if it will be back on next season?
